Çalışma Statüsü ve Faturalandırma
Work Status and Invoicing
Hizmetler bireysel freelance çalışma kapsamında sunulmaktadır. Şirket yapısı bulunmadığından fatura kesilmemektedir.
Services are provided as individual freelance work. No official company structure exists and invoices are not issued.
Ödeme Yöntemi
Payment Method
Ödemeler yalnızca banka havalesi / EFT / FAST yoluyla IBAN üzerinden alınır. Proje bedeli iki aşamada tahsil edilir: %50 ön ödeme ve %50 teslim öncesi kalan ödeme. Ön ödeme alınmadan proje başlatılmaz.
Payments are accepted only via bank transfer / EFT / FAST to IBAN. The project fee is collected in two stages: 50% upfront and 50% before delivery. No work starts without upfront payment.

Upfront Payment Policy
Ön ödeme proje rezervasyonu ve başlangıç çalışmaları içindir ve iade edilmez. Proje iptal edilse dahi yapılan çalışmayı kapsar.
The upfront payment covers project reservation and initial work and is non-refundable, even if the project is canceled.
Domain ve Hosting
Domain and Hosting
Domain ve hosting üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan satın alınır. Bu nedenle iade edilmez. Satın alma müşteri onayı ve ödeme sonrası yapılır.
Domain and hosting are purchased from third-party providers and are non-refundable. Purchase is made after client approval and payment.
Teslim ve Onay
Delivery and Approval
Proje tamamlandığında müşteri incelemesine sunulur. Onay sonrası hizmet tamamlanmış kabul edilir ve iade yapılmaz.
When the project is completed it is presented for client review. After approval the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Vazgeçme Durumu
Cancellation
Proje sürecinde vazgeçilirse yapılan çalışmalar teslim edilir ve ön ödeme iade edilmez.
If the client cancels during development, completed work is delivered and the upfront payment is not refunded.
Revizyonlar
Revisions
Kapsam içi küçük düzenlemeler dahildir. Kapsam dışı yeni talepler ek çalışma olarak fiyatlandırılır.
Minor revisions within scope are included. New requests outside scope are billed as extra work.
Destek Süresi
Support Period
Teslim sonrası kısa süreli teknik destek sağlanır. Uzun vadeli bakım ayrıca fiyatlandırılır.
Short-term technical support is provided after delivery. Long-term maintenance is billed separately.
Güven ve Dolandırıcılık Politikası
Trust and Anti-Fraud Policy
Nevon Studio’da dolandırıcılık kesinlikle söz konusu değildir. Tüm proje süreçleri şeffaf şekilde yürütülür, yapılan çalışmalar müşteriye adım adım gösterilir. Ödeme, kapsam ve teslim koşulları baştan net olarak belirlenir ve onay alınmadan hiçbir işlem yapılmaz.
Fraud is strictly not tolerated at Nevon Studio. All project processes are handled transparently and progress is shared step by step with the client. Payment, scope, and delivery terms are clearly defined in advance and no action is taken without approval.
